Jasmine rice (, uncooked, or use any rice that says on the package that it takes 15 minutes to cook it)

garlic cloves (minced)

lime juice (, freshly squeezed (use one 1 tablespoon first, before adding another))

black beans (, rinsed, drained)
1/2 cup
fresh cilantro (, chopped)
So simple and surprisingly delicious. I did add some Cumin, garlic powder and paprika to season the chicken.
I’ve made this like 10 times, and it is ALWAYS amazing!!
