Maple-Glazed Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

to 12 slices bacon ((NOTE: I use low-sodium bacon and just sprinkle a bit of salt on top of the bacon after I've wrapped the chicken breasts.))

chopped fresh parsley, (for garnish, optional)
