gluten free old fashioned rolled oats (, for paleo OR low carb - sub with square shaped coconut flakes such as Bob's Red Mill)

1/3 cup

finely ground oat flour OR almond flour

1/2 cup

sliced almonds

1/4 cup

unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp

Himalayan pink salt or sea salt

freeze-dried strawberries or dried strawberries
