1 pinch
Salt
1/2 tsp
Spice, mixed

Vanilla extract

Vegan butter or mild-flavoured oil

thick slices Of soft bread (white or wholegrain / gluten-free, if neeed)
A little mushy in the middle, but I will make it again and fry it longer. Good taste otherwise!
