sun dried tomatoes - 1 cup (soaked in warm water to soften)

chicken tenderloins - 8-10 (2 per adult and 3 per hungry teenager)
salt and pepper - to taste (remember the feta is salty so delicate on the salt)

white wine - 3/4 cup (or can use tomato water from softening sun-dried tomatoes)
feta cheese - 7 ounces (200 grams)
basil - 2 tablespoons fresh roughly chopped (1 teaspoon dried)
