milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

unsweetened applesauce

oil of choice (I used coconut oil)

Maple syrup/coconut butter, to top

oat flour (Can sub for any wheat flour)

scoop vanilla brown rice protein powder (17 grams)
