plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 tbsp

unsalted butter

1/4 cup

granulated sugar

2 tbsp

packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup

semisweet chocolate chips

1/8 tsp

fine salt

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract
