NOTES
I always add dijon mustard too this recipe and it's always hits the spot cuz of the dijon flavor

Use dried sun dried tomatoes. Broth to deglaze pan. Add mushrooms spinach.

I might try with adding grape tomatoes at the end instead if sundries to make it a little lighter. But really good meal!
