NOTES
I made this meatless. I used elbow Mac (because that’s what I had one hand. I used ricotta, Italian blend cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, two eggs, half a jar of marinara sauce, half a can of tomato sauce (because I needed to use those up), and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Mixed the cheese mixture with cooked noodles, then topped with mozzarella cheese. Made one dinner and 3 freezer meals.
