gluten free oat flour (rolled oats ground to a flour)

scoops of Labrada Vanilla Whey protein isolate (sub for a brown rice protein powder to make it vegan)

nut butter of choice (I used cashew butter)

sea salt

milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)*
