Cashew Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

150 g

| 1 cup raw cashew nuts ((dry measurement and soaked in water for at least 2 hours))

20 g

| ½ cup nutritional yeast ((add more if you want a stronger cheese flavour or less if you want it to be more subtle - taste as you add))

lemon juice of

big pinch smoked paprika ((optional but if you have some it adds a great depth of flavour))

1 cup

as much water as you need to get the texture you like - I used half

salt and pepper
