**UPDATE. Made this in the crockpot and I turned out even better. Tasted great! I made this in the pressure cooker and it wasn’t as tender as I would like, next time I’ll make it in the crock pot.

I have to admit that I was skeptical that a recipe this simple would be really good, but I was wrong. Our family loved it! Everyone asked for seconds and a few even remarked that it was their favorite roast we have ever made. I added carrots and potatoes under the roast for the last hour of cooking...absolutely delicious! 🙌
