no-cook mediterranean chicken salad

grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half

basil

thinly sliced red onion

salt & pepper

x 14 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained

x 14 oz. can white beans, drained & rinsed (I used northern white beans)

large celery stalk

small tub marinated bocconcini (bite-size mozzarella)

1/4 cup

red wine vinegar

olive oil

salt & pepper

roughly chopped basil, parsley, chives & celery leaves
