Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp
dried parsley

garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
NOTES
Bake an additional 10 minutes. Use 1/2 and 1/2 in place on heavy whipping cream. Use Monterey Jack cheese in place of mozzarella cheese.
