For the vinaigrette:

fresh chives, finely chopped

salt & freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup
extra virgin olive oil

Optional Garnishes: extra chopped chives or a small amount of lemon zest to sprinkle over asparagus and vinaigrette for serving.
