boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly

chicken stock, at least. Probably more like 48 oz (I typically use Kitchen Basics)

small red skin potatoes, diced

medium carrot, diced

celery heart, diced

small onion, diced

(half a bag) wide egg noodles

palm full (about 1 Tablespoon) poultry seasoning

1 tsp

lemon pepper

1 tsp

Montreal chicken seasoning

1 1/2 tbsp

butter

1 tbsp

(or so - about a turn of the pan) olive oil

bay leaf

salt & pepper
