sliced steak (flank or top round work well)

green bell pepper, seeded and sliced

white onion, sliced

1/4 cup

soy sauce

1 tbsp

rice vinegar

2 tbsp

honey

2 tbsp

sesame oil

2 tsp

minced garlic

2 tsp

sriracha (just use one if you prefer a mild taste)

sesame seeds and red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
