butter 2 tsp olive oil 1/4 sweet yellow onion, finely diced 2 cloves of garlic, minced 8 oz orzo 2 cups of chicken broth Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste 1 cup of frozen peas 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese (or more if desired)
