Thai Red Curry Paste

Thai red or green chili paste

to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated

-inch knob ginger, peeled and grated or 2 tablespoons crushed ginger

red bell peppers, seeded and chopped

medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
