Very quick and easy and so much better than a mix. Perfectly moist and great flavor. I used roughly 3x the salt called for in the recipe. Be careful not to over mix the batter or resulting pancakes will not be fluffy.
These are our go-to pancakes! They only take a couple more minutes than using a mix and are SOOOO much better!
