active sourdough starter (a great way to use up discarded starter)

milk (I used milk kefir, you could also sub in buttermilk)
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
Filling:
1/2 cup
brown sugar or turbinado sugar
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
6 tbsp
butter, melted
