Vanilla extract
2 tsp
White vinegar
1/2 cup
Greek yogurt, nonfat plain
1 cup
Water, hot
½ cup Super Sweet Blend
NOTES
I added 1c. Egg whites instead of applesauce. I used keifer instead of yogurt. No vinegar. I used 1/2 cocoa,1/2peanut flour. 4 carbs, 3 protein per muffin. No fat. (I used yogurt frosting from Pinterest/3g fat per T)
