For the Mascarpone and Whipped Cream Layer::

whipping cream

vanilla

granulated sugar

For the Strawberry Layer:

3 cups

fresh strawberries

For the Glaze::

1 cup

fresh strawberries

1 cup

water

3/4 cup

sugar

3 tbsp

corn starch

1 tbsp

Balsamic vinegar

For Garnish::

coarsely grated dark chocolate
