shredded mozzerella (about 2 cups)

cream cheese

egg (the dough mixes easier if it is room temperature)

each coconut flour, almond flour, and ground golden flax seed

!Garlic Butter Topping:

butter, melted

garlic, crushed (I press through a garlic press)

sea salt
