NOTES

  • Per serving of fries:
    1 medium potato, or two small potatoes
    about 1/2 tsp olive oil
    a few pinches of herbs, spices and seasonings like onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt-free herb blends, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chili powder, etc.
    Cooking spray to enhance crispness (optional)
