I doubled the frosting and omitted the raisins and nuts, as well as using 1 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of the ginger, cinnamon, and cloves (since that’s what pumpkin pie spice is anyways). Also it needed to bake for 35 min in my oven so I covered it for the last 10 minutes. We loooved this!
