INGREDIENTS

hot Italian sausage
1 lb
pasta, any shape will work
1 qt
diced tomatoes
1 15 ounce can
tomato sauce
2 cups
chicken broth
2 cups
water
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 clove
garlic
2 cups
roughly chopped spinach
Optional: fresh mozzarella cheese
NOTES
I did 24 oz pasta sauce in place of 15 oz tomato sauce. Also added salt, pepper and onion powder. Tons of garlic too! Use a pot not a pan. This made enough to eat the next day as well.
