(~15 ounce) can shoepeg white corn

(~4 ounce) can green chilies; diced
3 tbsp
lime juice

(~15 ounce) cans Great Northern white beans; drained and rinsed
Optional toppings: Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado
Note: You could also use leftover cooked chicken in this recipe. If you use cooked chicken, sub chicken broth for the water.
