Homemade Frozen Fruit Bars (No Sugar Added)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup

(4.4-4.6 oz) fruit (e.g. 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup chopped frozen strawberries, etc)

1/4 cup

full fat coconut milk OR whole milk yogurt

1 tsp

lemon juice (the bottled kind works well)

1/4 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

honey OR sugar-free sweetener (I like Truvia, but xylitol, erythritol, etc works well)

1 tsp

glycerin (to make popsicles soft when frozen)
