Half and Half

Heavy Cream

Breast meat from a Rotisserie precooked, pre-seasoned Chicken, diced

Olive Oil

Medium Onion, Diced

Scallions, sliced, white and green parts

Mixed Herbs, fresh if you have them, i used Rosemary and Oregano

Swiss Cheese, Gruyere if possible
