ground chuck beef

ground pepper (less if you like it less spicy)

paprika

chilli powder (less if you like it less spicy)

2 tsp

garlic powder

2 tsp

onion powder

2 tsp

salt (plus more to taste after the beef patty is grilled)

1 cup

beer (choose a beer that you like to drink)

3 oz

sharp cheddar, grated

3 oz

pepper-jack, grated

jalapeno chopped

cornflour

1 tsp

paprika

Milk or cream (a few tablespoons if needed)

salt and pepper

cilantro (if you don't like cilantro you can use only parsley instead)

balsamic vinegar

crushed chilli

1/2 clove
