cream cheese, not low fat, softened

This cake tastes good for days and is impressive to serve (but easy to make).
Very good and not overly sweet. We didn't do the frosting, just the coconut and pecan topping. I cooked the cake for 40 min...next time I will start checking it at 30 min as I think it was slightly overcooked.
