NOTES
I use a round cake pan and cut into 8 triangle pieces. This dish is a little bland. Needs honey or something.
Each piece is 192 calories; 34.3g carbohydrates; 5.7g protein, 3.8g fat;
I eat it warm and top with 2 oz non-fat greek yogurt to add another 5g protein! Can also top with a tbsp of pecans, almonds or walnuts!
