Pure maple syrup or unfiltered raw honey

sunflower seed butter or almond butter (no sugar added kind)

Shredded and squeezed dry zucchini (chop if using zoodles)
1/2 cup
Dark chocolate chips (72% or higher)
NOTES
So yummy you’ll want to double it and have some in the freezer. Doubling means 24 regular size muffins. A quarter cup of batter per muffin. I use Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer.
