Shredded coconut

Raisins

Eggs or egg replacer

2 tbsps

Honey (optional)

1/2 cup

Coconut or avocado oil

Vanilla extract


NOTES

  • Makes 12 muffins. Double the recipe and freeze some!
    Alternatives: Add the zest of one orange and use dried cranberries. Add flax meal and chia seeds for extra nutrients!
