1 1/2 cups
light sour cream (sometimes I divide this and do half greek yogurt, half sour cream)
1 tbsp
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (this will get your dip fairly spicy, use less - 1/2 TBS if you don't want a lot of spice)
1 tsp
adobo sauce from can
1/4 cup
to 1/2 cup buttermilk
Chips, veggies, pizza slices, or whatever food you will be dipping into this delicious concoction
