quick oats (use gluten-free oats if you want to for these to be gluten-free)

1/2 cup

chocolate spread (I used cocoa almond butter from Trader Joe’s, but Nutella or similar spreads should work just fine)

1/4 cup

honey (you can also use agave nectar or maple syrup)

1 tbsp

melted coconut oil

1 tbsp

chia seeds

2 tbsp

flax seed meal

4 tbsp

mini chocolate chips

salt
