Chicken breast, cooked cooked
Russet potatoes, cooked skin off

This recipe took a very long time to make. Cook and chop potatoes, cook and shred chicken, chop vegetables and make the sauce, then back. If you have everything already prepared it would be quicker. The consistency was perfect and my kids liked it...but it wasn’t anything special. It definitely wasn’t bad...I’d just rather use those ingredients to make something better.
