boiling hot coffee (or water)

For the White Truffle Layer

1 3/4 cups

+ 2 tablespoons heavy cream

21 oz

white chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)

cream cheese

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

4 sticks

butter, room temperature

block cream cheese, room temperature
