White Beans (drained and rinsed)

Bell Peppers (remove seeds and stem)

Jalapeno (remove seeds and ribs if you don’t like it too spicy)

Shallots

2 cloves

Garlic (smashed)

1 tbsp

fresh Cilantro

2 cups

Veggie Broth

1 cup

Corn (frozen, I used organic)

1/2 tsp

Cumin

1/2 tsp

Coriander

1/2 tsp

Chili Powder

Salt and Pepper

Lime wedges (a little squeeze is delish on top!!)
