I mixed cauliflower with it because my squash didn’t last long enough in the fridge.
I love new ideas for my zucchini and squash and this was a pretty easy side dish. I only used half of the cheese it called for because I knew my family would prefer it that way. I didn’t have fresh basil but used dried basil and liked the flavor.
