creole mustard
1 clove
garlic

horseradish
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tbsp
fresh parsley
NOTES
2x the lemon juice and horseradish. To mimic Ruth's Chris recipe substitute Tobasco for spices and reduce Worcestershire by 50%.
