INGREDIENTS

Eggs

1 bag

Frozen veggies

Soy sauce

Cooked rice

Cooked chicken

Pepper

Oil


NOTES

  • You don't need to use meat at all, and you can use other meat besides chicken. I tend to use leftover chicken and chop it up but you can do shredded as well. Shredded tends to lose itself in everything else though.
    You can precook the scrambled eggs but still add them at the very end so they don't get overcooked and gross.
    For faster cook time, microwave your frozen veggies first, like while your oil is heating up.
    You can definitely add more/different spices. I sometimes sneak some curry powder in while my husband isn't looking.
