Top loin, thinly sliced

Coconut milk

Kaffir lime leaves, rolled and sliced thinly

Brown sugar

1 TB

Fish sauce

2 TBs

Soy sauce

4 TBs

Fresh sweet basil leaves (optional)

4 TBs

Fresh chopped coriander (optional)


NOTES

  • Serve with rice. You can easily add veggies when you add the meat.
