Small onion

Minced garlic

Salt

Pepper

1/2 cup

Flour

4 cups

Beef broth

1 cup

Chopped mushrooms (optional)

1/2 cup

Sour cream


NOTES

  • Serve with rice or egg noodles. Can use more or less flour and beef broth to adjust desired thickness. I tend to like mine thicker and over rice.
