Slow Cooked Pumpkin Turkey Chili

diced tomatoes, undrained

pure pumpkin puree

1 15 ounce can

cannellini beans (or your fave), drained and rinsed

1 cup

water

1 cup

low sodium chicken broth

1 tsp

oregano

1 tbsp

chili powder

2 tsp

ground cumin

1/2 tsp

sea salt

Black pepper,

Red Pepper flakes, to taste (optional if you like it hot!!)
