Easy and yummy to make
Used turkey since that’s what we had on hand but needed a lot more seasoning. Next time I’m going to cook the celery and carrots first then add in the onion and garlic as they were still not tender enough by the end. For my taste it needed a lot more liquid as there was hardly any by the end so I ended up doing another can of tomato sauce and 2 cups of chicken broth with more seasoning.
it was okay, i liked it but have some adjustments for next time. i plan to use more chicken broth next time, omit the kidney beans, & double the amount of dittalini pasta

Great flavor. I made with mild sausage for kids and they loved it!
