gluten-free oat flour (Paleo version- Sub 1/2 cup coconut flour)

1/4 cup

coconut flour (Can sub for almond flour or more oat flour)*

Scoop vegan or paleo friendly protein powder of choice (optional)

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 cup

granulated sweetener of choice (I tried these with brown sugar, coconut palm sugar and a stevia blend)

1/4 cup

almond butter (can sub for cashew butter or another mild nut butter)**

1/4 cup

maple syrup (can sub for brown rice syrup or honey if not paleo or strictly vegan)

1 tbsp

+ dairy free milk of choice***
