This was excellent. The pork was fall apart tender and that rub on top was fantastic! I’ll use it on all of my pork that I make from now on. Instead of pickles, I’ll use relish to get more pickle flavor throughout. This is one of my husbands new favs! And it made me feel super fancy. 100% recommend!
