Overnight Oatmeal Pancakes/waffles

Rolled oats

1/2 c

All purpose flour (could try wheat)

1 tsp

Baking powder

1 tsp

Baking soda

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Cinnamon (optional)

2 cs

Milk, mixed with 2 tbsp vinegar and let sit for 10 min. (Alternate is 2 cups unsweetened almond milk with 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp

sugar (or pure maple syrup)

1/3 c

avocado oil (or melted butter) - I also do less of this
